What's New at TIG

Welcome to the May Issue of the Galilee Newsletter - A monthly e-zine about the north of Israel and all that's new at this-is-galilee.com (TIG).

LOOKING FOR A TOUR GUIDE?
One of the great things about having a website is that you get to hear from so many interesting people. Last month, I published an interview with Richard Woolf, who is originally from Birmingham in the UK, worked for many years as a "cowboy" in the Galilee and today works as a travel guide, based in Rosh Pina. If you want to take a guided tour or if you've got friends or family coming from abroad - check out this page! Tour Guide

DAY TRIP TO ROSH PINA
And talking of Rosh Pina, I spent a really nice day trip there with my daughter and her husband, and shot a load of nice photos which you can see on my new Rosh Pina page. You'll also find there some of my recommendations for what to see and where to eat. Rosh Pina

PLANNING YOUR SUMMER HOLIDAY?
With the holiday season just around the corner, you may be planning your summer vacation. Insider travel sites are the best resources for finding out about your destination. Since I started TIG, I've come across so many excellent insider sites for places all over the world, that I decided to dedicate a page just for that. So, if you like to travel and want to get tips and recommendations from people who really know the country, it's worth bookmarking this page! I'll be adding great new sites all the time, as I come across them. Other Insider Sites

WRITE YOUR OWN REVIEW!
If you've been to the Galilee or the Golan, tell others about the great places you've found there. Did you stay in a zimmer that was special or a green lodging that was eco-friendly? Did you find a restaurant that serves delicious food? Don't keep it to yourself - just fill in the form at the bottom of the appropriate page and I will publish your review at This-is-Galilee.com.
